Tasting Note
Concentrated black-currant and blackberry fruit with violets, graphite, tobacco and earthy mineral notes. Silky, fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity and a very long, savory finish.

Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, aged cheddar; Peking duck, Korean BBQ short ribs, char siu, braised beef with soy and five-spice.

Production Method
Biodynamic and organic estate farming; grapes harvested by block, gravity-fed to tanks, fermented and aged 22 months in French oak (≈60% new).
