Tasting Note
Powerful, refined: black cherry and plum with chocolate, mint, eucalyptus and incense; silky, ripe-dark-fruit palate, mineral lift, sweet new-oak spice and a long, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast beef, braised lamb, osso buco, aged Pecorino or Parmigiano-Reggiano, game. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), spicy Szechuan beef, teriyaki beef, Malaysian rendang, rich braised pork belly.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; careful pre- and post-destemming selection; fermentation 20–25 days at ~28–30°C; élevage 18–24 months in new oak barriques.

Quintodecimo, founded by Luigi Moio and Laura Di Marzio (2001), is a small organic-focused estate in Mirabella Eclano producing single-cru bottlings from low-yield vines. Vigna Grande Cerzito is a one-hectare cru planted in 2004.
