Tasting Note
Concentrated Aglianico: blackberry, black cherry, lavender, violets, baking spice and graphite with saline minerality. Silky texture, bright acidity, fine-grained tannins and a long, savory finish.

Western: roast lamb, braised beef, truffle pasta, aged pecorino or parmigiano. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, soy‑braised short ribs, shiitake mushroom hot pot, rich teriyaki dishes.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested Aglianico; ferment 20–25 days at ~28–30°C; aged ~24 months in new oak barriques, then bottled and cellared before release.
