Tasting Note
Perfumed Margaux with blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, tobacco and violet floral notes; medium-full body, polished tannins and mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, beef tenderloin, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), bulgogi or kalbi (Korean BBQ), beef rendang.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermentation in temperature-controlled vats; aged ~18 months in French oak (≈60% new).
