Tasting Note
Concentrated Margaux: pure blackcurrant and blackberry with violet, cedar, graphite and black‑truffle notes. Mineral-driven, precise acidity, ultra-fine tannins and a long, silky finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck confit, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, Cantonese roast pork (char siu), Korean BBQ short ribs, shiitake-soy braised beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel vinified in temperature-controlled vats; matured ~18 months in French oak (approx. 65% new).
