Concentrated dry Riesling from six top Mosel sites: bright citrus and stone fruits, intense slate minerality, jasmine and petrol hints, racy acidity and a long, saline finish.

Hand-harvested single-vineyard Rieslings; cool fermentation (mostly stainless steel), fermented dry as Grosses Gewächs with restraint and terroir-driven élevage.
