Tasting Note
A collection of concentrated, dry Mosel Rieslings — bright citrus and white stone-fruit, crushed slate minerality, precise lemon-lime acidity, subtle floral and petrol notes, with focused purity and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled white fish, roast chicken, pork loin, creamy goat cheese. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, spicy Thai or Sichuan dishes, dim sum and light seafood hot pot.

Production Method
Hand-harvested parcels from VDP Grosse Lage sites; cold, controlled fermentations (mostly stainless steel/neutral vessels), no new oak, light lees ageing and careful selection for each single-vineyard Grosses Gewächs bottling.
