Food Pairing: Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short rib, aged cheddar, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), soy-braised beef, miso-glazed dishes.
Vineyard Info: Founded by Jean Phillips; tiny Oakville estate producing cult, mailing-list wines since 1992. Extremely limited production and high secondary-market demand; ownership later transferred to Stan Kroenke.
