Tasting Note
Dense black-fruit core (cassis, blackberry, plum) with cedar, tobacco, licorice and baking spice; bright acidity, fine ripe tannins and a long, mineral-savoury finish.

Production Method
Biodynamically farmed vineyards; stainless-steel fermentation with 15–30 day maceration; matured about 22 months in French oak (majority new) with some Stockinger foudres.
