Tasting Note
Flint and salted peach on the nose with orange blossom and lime zest; palate shows toasted brioche, hazelnut, melon and saline minerality. Medium–full, creamy texture, bright backbone and a long, clean finish.

Western: roast chicken, lobster with brown butter, creamy pasta, seared scallops, aged goat cheese. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, salmon sushi, pork belly, tempura, light Thai or Vietnamese fish dishes.
Production Method
Barrel-fermented with indigenous yeasts, underwent malolactic fermentation, regular bâtonnage; aged ~14 months in 100% French oak (≈30% new).
