Tasting Note
Perfumed raspberry, black cherry and plum with rose petal, exotic spice and stony minerality. Elegant, medium-bodied with fine-grained silky tannins, bright acidity and a long, precise, perfumed finish.

Food Pairing
Roast duck, duck à l'orange, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto; Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed salmon, char siu, shabu-shabu (wagyu), teriyaki chicken.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, rigorously sorted and fully destemmed; fermented on indigenous yeasts in open-top vats, then matured 12–18 months in French oak barrels (c.40–60% new).

Small family domaine established in the 1930s (Sylvain, later Sébastien joined). ~4–5 ha centered on Vosne-Romanée; meticulous vineyard work and low production make bottles highly sought-after.
