Tasting Note
Full-bodied straw-gold with ripe pineapple, mango and citrus, plus vanilla, toasted oak and white chocolate. Creamy, buttery texture, bright acidity and oak spice; long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roasted chicken, grilled salmon, lobster with butter, creamy risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: miso-glazed fish, sushi (fatty tuna/salmon), Thai green curry with mild heat, Chinese roasted poultry with mushrooms.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay from Regaleali; fermented and aged in French oak barrels (225–350L) for ~8 months (≈70% new), limited or no malolactic, then bottle-aged.

Vineyard Info
Tasca d’Almerita’s Tenuta Regaleali estate, family-owned since 1830. Lucio Tasca introduced Chardonnay to San Francesco in 1985; the winery is a leading Sicilian producer.
