Tasting Note
Opulent, layered red fruit (dried cherry), balsamic herbs, orange peel, toasted spice and forest-floor notes; velvety texture, fine integrated tannins and a long savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, braised beef, game, rich meat ragù, aged Pecorino and hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Cantonese char siu, Korean barbecue, Sichuan-style beef, teriyaki or hoisin-glazed meats.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; traditional red fermentation with full malolactic conversion; aged ~12–18 months in small French oak barrels (barriques) then bottle-aged.
