Tasting Note
Delicate ruby hue; perfumed red cherry, orange peel, violets, cinnamon and white pepper. Fresh, lean palate with mineral lift, sweet-glycerol mouthfeel and fine spicy finish—elegant and ethereal.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Garnacha; whole-cluster fermentation (7–10 days) in amphorae/concrete; aged about six months in terracotta amphorae or concrete; bottled unfined/unfiltered. Organic/biodynamic farming.
