Tasting Note
Bright ruby with violet hues. Aromas of black cherry, prune, violet and capsicum; notes of spice and vanilla. Palate is voluptuous yet fresh, with integrated oak, supple tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, game, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Peking duck, char siu, spicy Sichuan beef skewers.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; fermentation with maceration; matured ~6–11 months in French oak (approx. 50% new); additional bottle aging before release.
