Tasting Note
Bright ruby with violet hues; aromas of black cherry, plum, violet and spice. Palate is concentrated and structured—ripe dark fruit, vanilla oak, gentle leather notes, fresh acidity and integrated tannins with a long, slightly spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, game, aged cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, Sichuan beef, beef rendang, teriyaki steak.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; stainless-steel fermentation with ~15-day maceration; matured ~6 months in French oak barrels (≈50% new).

Vineyard Info
Project led by Ariel Savina (first commercial vintage 2010) from high-altitude family vineyards (~1,050m) on stony, limestone soils; collaboration with Didier Depond; small production (~6,000 bottles).
