Perfumed red and black cherry, raspberry and rose petal with sous‑bois, graphite and limestone minerality; spice and vanilla from oak. Medium‑full, chalky tannins, bright acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Mostly destemmed Pinot Noir; 10–15 day fermentation in stainless steel/cement with daily punch‑downs; malolactic completes; 16–18 months in French oak (≈50% new).
