Tasting Note
Concentrated red and black cherry, raspberry, violet, licorice, forest floor and spice; silky yet firm tannins, bright acidity and a long mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir from Grand Cru parcels; organic viticulture (certified 2013); traditional fermentation with malolactic in barrel; aged ~15–18 months in French oak; typically bottled unfined and unfiltered.
