Tasting Note
Pale copper-rose with fine persistent mousse. Ripe red berries, dried fruit, pastry, exotic spice, saffron and sandalwood notes; savory, meaty mid-palate and a long, fresh finish.

Western: roast duck, smoked salmon, truffled chicken, aged cheeses, pâté/foie gras. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, Peking duck, spicy Thai prawns, Cantonese roast pork.

Production Method
Méthode traditionnelle (bottle fermentation), blend of Grand & Premier Crus with a portion of Bouzy red wine added for rosé; aged on lees and disgorged after extended maturation.
