Tasting Note
Pure dark-fruit core of crème de cassis, blueberry and black raspberry with violet florals, baking spice, juniper and dark chocolate. Velvety yet structured tannins, bright acidity and a lingering earthy, mineral finish.

Roast beef, lamb chops, venison, aged cheddar or gouda; Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Korean BBQ beef (galbi), beef rendang or miso‑glazed aubergine.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested micro‑cru lots, small‑lot fermentations with separate free‑run/press fractions; extensive élevage in carefully selected new French oak barrels before bottling.

Vérité was established by Jess Jackson and vigneron Pierre Seillan (1997). Their trio of Bordeaux-style wines is sourced from select micro‑crus across Sonoma County and made as high‑end, terroir-driven bottlings.
