Tasting Note
Concentrated Pomerol with black plum, blackberry, violet, truffle, tobacco and graphite; plush, silky texture, ripe yet firm tannins, bright acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, ribeye/steak, beef bourguignon, mushroom or truffle risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), soy- or miso-braised short ribs, mushroom-based Japanese dishes.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested; grapes vinified by variety in temperature‑controlled concrete/stainless vats; malolactic in barrels; élevage ~18–22 months in French oak (c.50% new).
