Tasting Note
Concentrated Cabernet with blackcurrant, dark cherry, cassis, mint, tobacco, subtle flowers and sweet spice; refined, layered tannins, lively acidity and a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, braised short rib, aged cheddar, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Cantonese roast duck, Sichuan beef, Japanese wagyu or teriyaki beef, char siu.

Production Method
Grapes fermented in stainless steel, concrete and tronconic vats; aged ~22 months (≈75% new French oak barriques, 25% Stockinger foudres) with malolactic in barrel.
