Tasting Note
Ripe black and red plum, blackberry, tea-leaf and violet aromas; dark chocolate, tobacco and baking spice on the palate. Full-bodied, plush, with velvety yet structured tannins and a long savory finish.

Food Pairing
Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, aged hard cheeses; Asian: Korean barbecue (galbi), beef bulgogi, Cantonese roast duck, Sichuan-style beef with peppers.

Production Method
Fermented in small tanks and aged ~22 months in French oak (c.93% new); estate-grown Cabernet from Puente Alto with careful sorting and modern cellar techniques.
