Tasting Note
Golden, rich texture with hazelnut, toasted brioche, vanilla, honeyed peach and white nectarine supported by pronounced minerality and a long, saline finish.

Food Pairing
Roast chicken with herb butter, lobster or scallops in beurre blanc, mushroom risotto; Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi (fatty tuna), steamed fish with ginger and scallions, mild Thai coconut curry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted and gently pressed; barrel fermentation and aged 12–14 months in French oak (≈30–35% new).
