Tasting Note
Fresh, focused Pinot Noir — bright red cherry and raspberry, rose petal, blood-orange zest, light chalky minerality, silky texture and lively acidity with fine tannins and a clean finish.

Production Method
100% Pinot Noir; whole-bunch fermentation (month on skins), foot pigeage, spontaneous yeasts, aged in vats/tanks, unoaked, minimal-intervention and often bottled without added SO2.
