Tasting Note
Bright ruby Pinot Noir: forest raspberries, wild cherries, roses and potpourri; silky, fine tannins, lively acidity, subtle spice and mineral notes with a long, precise finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, duck breast, pork tenderloin, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, soft cheeses. Asian: grilled salmon teriyaki, shiitake & tofu hotpot, duck with hoisin, Cantonese-style roasted pork (char siu), mushroom ramen.

Production Method
Biodynamic vineyard practices; natural (indigenous) fermentations, bottled unfined/unfiltered with little or no added sulphur; matured in old oak (small production).
