Tasting Note
Light, bright Pinot Noir: red cherry, raspberry, wild berries, forest floor, mushroom and subtle umami; vibrant acidity, thin crunchy tannins, fresh, glou-glou finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, duck breast, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, pork tenderloin. Asian: miso-glazed aubergine, teriyaki or yakitori chicken, char siu, shiitake hot pot, mushroom-based Korean stews.

Production Method
Spontaneous whole-cluster fermentation (~1 month), minimal intervention; Les Ponts is aged in stainless steel to preserve primary fruit. Organic/biodynamic viticulture; little or no added SO2.
