Tasting Note
Deep blue-black Malbec showing dark berries, crushed stone, fresh herbs and currant-bush notes, with notable minerality, full-bodied concentration, layered tannins and a textured, long finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled/roasted lamb, dry-aged steak, beef empanadas, aged Manchego or Parmigiano. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), char siu / hoisin duck, Sichuan pepper beef, robust ramen or teriyaki-glazed meats.

Production Method
Fermented in concrete tanks, matured mostly in concrete with <30% ageing in used 500L neutral barrels; sustainable viticulture and gravity-driven cellar design.
