Tasting Note
Perfumed Malbec showing plum, blackberry, violet and lavender, lifted by wet-stone minerality and chalky, refined tannins. Juicy acidity, saline undertone and a long, layered finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Sichuan braised beef, char siu, teriyaki or yakiniku-style grilled beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; 80–100% full-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete; matured exclusively in raw concrete tanks to emphasize site expression.
