Tasting Note
Concentrated black and red berries, violet florals, crushed stone, graphite and savory herbs; chalky, fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a long mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled or roasted red meats (steak, lamb), mushroom risotto, aged cheeses, charcuterie. Asian: Korean BBQ/bulgogi, char siu, Sichuan beef, teriyaki steak, beef dumplings.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; native-yeast fermentation in concrete vats with partial whole-cluster; malolactic fermentation; aged in concrete and a portion in used 500L oak depending on the cuvée.

Familia Zuccardi’s high‑altitude Finca Piedra Infinita (≈1,100m) in Paraje Altamira: very shallow, rocky calcareous soils. Estate project led by Sebastián Zuccardi focused on terroir-driven Malbecs.
