Tasting Note
Taut, mineral-driven Malbec with violet, red and black fruits, graphite, thyme and oyster-shell minerality; chalky, powerful tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, precise, mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb, roast duck with cherry reduction, seared steak, aged cheeses (Manchego/Comté). Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Peking duck, char siu pork, spicy Sichuan beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested from a 0.73 ha parcel; fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured exclusively in concrete (no oak) to express site purity.
