Shipping & Replacement

At Anderson and Stone, we take great care in ensuring your curated wines arrive in perfect condition. This page outlines our shipping process, delivery timelines, and replacement policy for damaged or compromised bottles. We are committed to providing a reliable, transparent, and worry-free wine delivery experience across Hong Kong—so you can enjoy every bottle with confidence.

Shipping Policy

At Anderson and Stone, we take great care in handling and delivering your curated wine selections. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure each bottle arrives safely and in peak condition—preserving the integrity of every aroma and flavour.

We offer temperature-controlled delivery to safeguard the quality of your wines. Key details of our shipping policy are as follow.

 

Delivery Time:

  • For subscription plans, delivery takes place within the first 10 business days of the month following your payment. For example, if you subscribe in January, your first box will be delivered in early February.
     

  • For one-time purchases, such as the Classic Wine Club Set and the Sparkling & Dessert Duet, delivery is typically completed within 5–7 business days from the date payment is received.


Delivery Fee:

Free temperature-controlled delivery within Hong Kong.

Delivery Locations:

We deliver to residential addresses, offices, and event venues within Hong Kong. For bulk orders, international shipping, or special delivery arrangements, please contact us directly.

Should any issues arise during delivery, we will work swiftly to resolve them and ensure your wines arrive in impeccable condition.

Broken Bottle Policy 

At Anderson and Stone, we take utmost care to ensure your wine arrives in pristine condition. However, if a bottle is broken during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide:

  1. A photo of the damaged bottle(s) and packaging.

  2. Your order number.

 

We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a credit for the broken item. Our goal is to ensure your experience remains seamless and enjoyable.

Corked Wine Policy 

We understand the disappointment of discovering a corked bottle. If this occurs, please notify us within 7 days of opening the wine. To process your claim, we kindly ask for:

  1. The bottle with at least two-thirds of the wine remaining.

  2. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

 

Once verified, we will provide a replacement bottle or store credit. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every sip.
