Tasting Note
Layers of pear, apricot and white stone fruit with citrus and floral notes; toasted almond, honey and brioche from oak; pronounced minerality, bright acidity and a creamy, full mouthfeel with a long saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; slow, controlled fermentation with complete malolactic fermentation; aged ~24 months in French oak barrels to integrate oak and lees.
