Bright red cherry and raspberry with peony, rose petal and iron-mineral notes; medium-full, velvety texture, fine-grained tannins and a long, lifted finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic vineyard practices; whole-berry fermentations in truncated wooden vats (no pumps/no added sulphites); matured 15–18 months in French oak (≈85% used barrels, remainder new).
