Tasting Note
Perfumed and precise: lemon and pear with white flowers, musk-melon and stone-fruit, vivid saline minerality, discreet toast and a silky mid-palate, finishing very long and focused.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit from old vines; native-yeast fermentation and élevage in custom French oak barrels (lees-aged ~12 months), light filtration.
