Tasting Note
Elegant, floral Pinot Noir: rose, violet, raspberry and cherry with hints of black fruit, cocoa, spice and subtle leather. Silky texture, polished tannins, bright acidity and a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roasted duck, venison, roasted chicken, mushroom risotto, truffle polenta. Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed salmon, char siu, shiitake mushroom hot pot, Korean bulgogi.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit, traditional vinification with cold maceration and natural fermentation; aged in oak barrels (approx. 20–50% new) for several months before bottling.
