Tasting Note
Dense blue‑and black‑berry core with blackberry, blueberry, graphite and hazelnut, framed by vanilla, clove and cocoa. Full-bodied, plush texture, refined chewy tannins, bright acid lift and a long spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, aged cheddar, beef short ribs. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/grilled short rib), char siu, Peking duck, spicy Szechuan beef or braised beef noodle dishes.

Production Method
Assembled from Napa Cabernet and South Australian Shiraz; matured 16 months in 100% new oak (80% American, 20% French), with portions completing fermentation in new oak barrels.
