Tasting Note
Dense black-fruit core (blackberry, cassis), cherry, menthol, leather, cedar and spice; velvety, ripe tannins and a long, mineral finish.

Production Method
Vinted by parcel in concrete vats, 24–31 day maceration, matured ~16–18 months in new French oak barrels. Strict selection for the grand vin.
