Savory, medium-full Pinot Noir: fresh strawberry and blackberry, warm spice, sage and clove, iron/earth and graphite undertones, fine-to-firm tannins and a concentrated, layered, slightly austere finish.

Hand-harvested; ~1 month skin maceration with pigeage/remontage; alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats; aged 18–24 months in French oak (≈30% new); bottled unfiltered.
