Food Pairing: Western: roast ribeye, lamb chops, beef bourguignon, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (roast pork), Korean BBQ (beef), braised beef with soy-ginger, spicy lamb curry.
Vineyard Info: Château Mouton Rothschild, a First Growth of Pauillac owned by the Rothschild family, famed for commissioning artist-designed labels since 1945 and producing a small-volume Grand Vin from oldest parcels.
