Tasting Note
Deep violet color; concentrated blackberries, plum and cassis with violet florals, black licorice, dark chocolate and baking spice. Full-bodied, dense and precise with velvety yet firm tannins and a long, mineral-driven finish.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, beef short ribs, aged Manchego or Parmesan, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean bulgogi or BBQ beef, Cantonese char siu, spicy Szechuan beef, miso-glazed eggplant with chili.
Production Method
Hand‑harvested Malbec from select parcels; fermented in stainless steel with careful extraction, aged ~18 months in French oak (mix of new and used); bottled unfined and unfiltered.
